Built on the north side of the leafy suburb of Turramurra, at the time this modern but contemporary duplex was designed to take advantage of its large block.
A combination of tiles, carpet, polished timber floors and softly painted cement render were used to fit in with the green local area.
‘Eco-lock’ pavers were laid across the entire driveway to maintain water transfer through the soil, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding plant life helping the landscape adapt to the construction change.
