Living on such a large block (950m2) and older house, the owners were looking to minimize maintenance & live in a new home.
The rear yard was perfect. Once subdivided, bulk excavation started to level off the yard & a slab placed to hold the full brick structure.
The result was a 4 bedroom home, separate living & lounge rooms, double garage with rear yard access, all on 300m2 of land. The owners sold the old front house and enjoyed their new low maintenance home.
