Project Details

This project was pure development. A subdivision of 2 blocks into 3, & later a subdivsion of each of the 3 into 2, producing 6 homes in total.

While most townhouse developments of this size are brick veneer, this particular market required full brick construction. With bulk excavation & piering required, large teams of concreters, bricklayers, plasterers & roofers were needed & co-ordinated in a manner to meet the tight completion schedule of 8 months.
