An irregular block in a cul-de-sac with a 9 metre street frontage, this home was very articulated with many different returns, in’s-and-outs and different angles making for some careful marking and positioning.

Face brickwork and carparking for 6 cars along with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a family retreat with huge kitchen including walk-in-pantry made a great outcome for the block.
